Frankenstein: The Musical

Shoko Kambara (Production Designer) has been designing and assistant designing in New York since 2000 when she received her MFA in Scenic Design from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Recent projects include Nerds: A Musical Software Satire (New York Musical Theatre Festival, 2005). The Name of the Play is Talking Heads (Under St. Marks), Pulling the Lever (Rising Circle Collective at Wings Theatre). Heliantha (PS 122). Like You Like It (New York Musical 'Theatrefestival. 2004). Fatwa (Alter Ego Productions at the Blue Heron Theatre), In the Heart of America (The Walker Theater, Studio Tisch), The King of Mackie Street (Vital Theatre). Six Available Men (TIB Studios) as well as a Math/BotanyExhibit at Smith College. As an Assistant Designer she has worked with Derek McLane on many projects over the pastlive years including Lestat, Little Women. I Am My Own Wife, and The Sondheim Celebration at the Kennedy Center.
