Carlos Armesto (Director) is the Artistic Director of Theatre C and a former Associate Artistic Director of The Ensemble Studio Theatre. Projects with Theatre C: Binding by Jesse Zaritt (Winner, three NY Innovative Theatre Awards), The Who's Tommy (Revision Theatre), The Ugly Swan by Sammy Buck & Dan Acquisto, Displaced by Lori Fischer,and (e)vaporate by Christopher Oscar Pefia and Parker Ferguson. Other directing: Kingdom (Revision Theatre) and Serendib (EST). Education: MFA Directing, Carnegie Mellon; BS Theatre & Chemical Engineering, M.I.T. Carlos Armesto (Director) is Artistic Director of Theatre C, a New York-based theatre company devoted to creating innovative and arresting theatre through the unexpected fusion of diverse forms. A director and producer, Mr. Armesto is a former Associate Artistic Director of The Ensemble Studio Theatre. Current Production with Theatre C: disOriented by Kyoung Park (at the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre), Other projects with Theatre C include Binding by Jesse Zaritt (Extended by P.S. l22 soloNOVA Arts Festival and winner of three lnnovative Theatre Awards), The Who's Tommy (at ReVision Theatre), The Ugly Swan by Sammy Buck & Dan Acquisto, Displaced by Lori Fischer, and (e)vaporate by christopher oscar pena and Parker Ferguson.
